KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Caring about, maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Liaising with all areas of the business in order to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Negotiating business terms of cooperation with clients, preparation of business contracts
  • Planning and follow up of sales targets
  • Active search and acquisition of new customers
  • Searching and identifying new business opportunities
  • Monitoring, analysis and reporting of key competitors’ activities

Requirements:

  • University/Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
  • Deep knowledge and demonstrated experience in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deepen long-term professional relationships
  • Active, results-oriented approach, business thinking, reliability
  • Fluent English is a must, German is considered to be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office
