KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Caring about, maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing customers
- Liaising with all areas of the business in order to ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiating business terms of cooperation with clients, preparation of business contracts
- Planning and follow up of sales targets
- Active search and acquisition of new customers
- Searching and identifying new business opportunities
- Monitoring, analysis and reporting of key competitors’ activities
Requirements:
- University/Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
- Deep knowledge and demonstrated experience in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deepen long-term professional relationships
- Active, results-oriented approach, business thinking, reliability
- Fluent English is a must, German is considered to be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
